Deeply loved and sadly missed.

Like snowflakes, we arrive from nowhere
and adorn the world with our unique grace.
Here's to the nicest little flake of them all.

Just as there are extraordinary people that inhabit this planet,
there are occasionally extraordinary animals too.
Thunder was one of those special individuals.
This is for him.
We'll miss you Thunder.

Idgie was also named "Dedosa" - Spanish for manyfingers - she had six toes on each paw.

Idgie was an abused kitten who was rescued by a local vet and put up for adoption at a pet store. When I walked into the pet store, Idgie let it be known that she was coming home with me. Because the first few months of her life were so hard, I wanted to make sure that she was happy in her new home. Within weeks, she "owned" the house. Two weeks ago she rapidly became very ill, and was eventually diagnosed with FIP.  Although our time together was brief, her few months here were happy ones and in a way I can never explain, she changed my life.

This is in loving memory of Zuki, Born on June 10th 2004,  and died due to FIP  on Decembr 17th 2004. He was only 6 moths old.

He was a bundle of joy, that loved to play, and was so affectionate. He fought so hard against FIP, so hard that  we  actually believed he could beat it. He was the bravest kitten I knew and fought like a tiger to beat FIP. That’s how much he loved life! He brought joy to our lives,  but left us too early, we did not have enough time with him, we were robbed of a lifetime of love. I hope he is on rainbow bridge, with his adopted brother Soumo, playing and eating, full of health and happiness. Waiting for us, (the whole family) until the day we  all cross over the bridge together, never to be separated again.

If I should ever leave you whom I love
To go along the silent way, grieve not
Nor speak of me with tears,
but laugh and talk of me
As if I were beside you there.
I'd come - I'd come, could I but find a way!
But would not tears and grief be barriers?
And when you hear a song
or see a bird I loved,
Please do not let the thought of me be sad...
For I am loving you as I always have...
You were so good to me!
There are so many things to say to you...
Remember that I did not fear...
It was just leaving you that was so hard to face.
We cannot see beyond.
But this I know: I LOVED YOU SO
T'was heaven there with you.

The deed is done, her heart is stilled.
Her bed is empty now.
Yet if you listen very hard
You'll hear a soft meow.
Remember not her fight for breath.
Remember not the strife.
Please don't dwell upon her death,
But celebrate her life.

When the tears begin to fall
And your heart is full of pain,
Remember well her loving heart
And Onya lives again
